We provide free shipping to all major cities in Australia. Our standard handling time is 3 business days and standard shipping time is 5 business days. Most items are dispatched from either our warehouse in Rowville, VIC or North Ryde, NSW. In the event an item is not in stock at our local warehouses, we may at our discretion dispatch an item directly from our overseas warehouse. When we do we will always use an international courier service to expedite delivery to make sure you will still receive your item within the estimated timeframe above.
Rural and remote areas may incur a shipping charge. If you are in a rural or remote area or you are unsure if your address qualifies for free shipping, please contact Customer Service and provide us with your address.
We offer a 100% unconditional satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and we hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. You will then have a further 14 days following your request to return the unsuitable items.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected, Aussie Station credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. Please note the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, if your refund is being issued as Aussie Station credit, this will show on your account as soon as your refund is processed. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request your returns number. You will receive your returns number by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number.
Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.
The item(s) should be returned in an unused condition. Returns that are damaged, used or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packed before leaving our warehouse. However, once an item leaves our warehouse, it will be often be handled by numerous parties which we have no control over. In the unlikely event an item is damaged in transit, please take pictures of the damage and contact Customer Service team immediately.
