Free Shipping is to all Australian cities and metro areas only. We reserves the right not to ship to REMOTE or RURAL locations.
We do not ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes, please provide a physical street address when ordering.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most products are usually shipped within 3 business days of payment.

Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:
4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas
7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
However, please allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries.
Please be advised that if stock is unavailable in our local warehouse, we may ship items from our warehouses overseas using express international courier. Delivery time is the same and will not cost you anything extra.
Please be advised that our warehouse does not have facilities for pickup.
